Chancerygate Prelets Half of £35 Million Aylesbury Industrial Scheme
Developer Chancerygate has prelet half of its 165,000-square-foot Vantage 41 scheme in Buckinghamshire, where it has reached practical completion.
Three units, totalling 97,400 square feet, have been let, while the firm says a further two, comprising 13,400 square feet, are under offer at the Grade A facility outside Aylesbury.
Food specialists Korea Foods Company, Europe’s largest importer of Korean products, has taken the biggest shed at the site, Unit 1, which comprises 43,573 square feet. Unit 2 and 3 have been combined and are will be occupied by an undisclosed national wholesale DIY, garden, janitorial and engineering supplier.
Vantage 41 comprises 16 units ranging from 4,800 square feet to 43,600 square feet, with a gross development value of circa £35 million. A total of 11 units from 4,800 square feet to 9,900 square feet remain available to let.
