Marlow International up for sale
Kimmre have been appointed to sell Marlow International, a 230,000-square-foot office campus on a 12-acre site located on the outskirts of Marlow. Current tenants include AbbVie and Techtronic Industries.
Kimmre believe that Marlow International is well positioned to capitalise on the lack of affordable, Grade A office supply and attract tenants in the area. They also believe it has excellent alternative use fundamentals and are already seeing strong interest from developers of industrial, data centres, film studios and residential uses.
