Jansons Property buys Kingsmead Business Park, High Wycombe

Jansons Property, the South East property developer, has bought two large Thames Valley office campuses with plans for redevelopment as £100 million of industrial.

The business parks will be redeveloped to create 300,000 square feet of industrial.

They are Kingsmead Business Park, High Wycombe, a 7.5 acre site comprising 142,610 square feet of offices and The Boulevard, Bracknell, an 8.1 acre site comprising 86,398 square feet of offices.

Jansons Property said it is actively seeking new opportunities which support its business strategy to acquire and re-develop under-performing office sites for industrial and logistics use.
